Common Reasons for Returns & Solutions

📦 Order Arrived Late
If your order arrives later than our promised delivery time (14 days), you're eligible for a $5 compensation refund.

🔧 Defective or Quality Issues
If the item you received has manufacturing defects or quality concerns, we’ll send you a replacement pair free of charge.

📏 Doesn’t Fit or Wrong Color/Size Ordered
You may exchange or return the item, but you're responsible for the return shipping costs.

💡 Changed Your Mind (No Longer Needed)
Returns due to a change of mind are accepted, but you’ll be responsible for the return shipping fee.

❌ Wrong or Missing Item Received
If you've received the wrong or an incomplete item, we’ll cover return shipping costs and provide a correct replacement at no charge.

📦 Parcel Damaged Upon Arrival
In cases where the parcel arrives damaged, we’ll send you a replacement free of charge.

📬 Incorrect Shipping Information Provided
Please verify your shipping details carefully at checkout. If an error occurs, notify us immediately. Corrections can’t be guaranteed once shipped.

How to Return or Exchange Your Order

If you need to return your order, please follow these easy steps:

  1. Contact Us:
    Email support@stryde-footwear.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.

  2. Return Approval & Address:
    Our team will confirm your request and provide you with the appropriate return address.
    (Note: Return requests will expire if not shipped within 14 days of approval.)

  3. Prepare Your Return:
    Securely pack items in the original packaging, including all accessories and tags.

  4. Ship Your Return:
    Send your package to the address provided and share the tracking number with our support team.

  5. Refund Processing:
    Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund within 3–5 days using your original payment method.


Non-Returnable Items

Please note that we are unable to accept returns on:

  • Pre-ordered items.
  • Items clearly used, worn, or not in original condition.
  • Promotional or discounted items (including BOGO offers).

To maintain inventory control, returns from promotional or sale purchases are limited to a maximum of two items per order.


Items Damaged During Shipping

If your product is damaged during shipment, please:

  • Take clear photos of the damage, making sure the defect and shipping labels are visible.
  • Email these photos and a brief description of the damage to support@stryde-footwear.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • We will send you a replacement free of charge. If a second damage occurs, we’ll issue a full refund.

Additional Information

  • All returns must be approved by customer support before shipping. Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.
  • Return shipping costs (when applicable) are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise above.
